The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly."

"The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . "

"We visit every Christmas and the condition of the hotel gets better and better each visit. So good to see a property being invested in and maintained. The rooms, staff, food and bar are really excellent. Only very minor gripe - some smoked salmon at breakfast would be nice."
