"Conference room in on floor 5 my room was below. When addressed noise level to staff, they brush me off and got off the phone in a hurry. I had to ask for compensation for being kept up until 10:30pm. I get in at 2am that morning....
I got a coffee as compensation of 5 hours of no sleep...not good."

"First extra charges were charged. I paid for breakfast on my booking and they said I did not. The room/hotel in general needs maintenance. Bedroom - stains on the rugs, ceiling paint was peeling off, bathroom sink was dirty.
Staff was not helpful regarding the extra charges on breakfast, I paid again and when went down for breakfast the next day the staff said I did not pay. Very frustrating."
