"Great location and room was still new enough to be in a lovely condition. Easy check in and check out, with a convenient restaurant and bar on site.
The let down comes from house-keeping. The vanity in the bathroom had a blue ring (soap or similar) when we arrived and even when we asked for the bathroom to be restocked (toilet paper! An essential) as well as cleaned, they didn't do it. We had to go downstairs to FOH who gave us two rolls. This was on the second day of asking. FOH staff also didn't explain house-keeping hours, so we had to vacate our room to make sure it was cleaned. We stayed four nights and it was obvious the room wasn't vacuumed at all during that time either. We would stay again, but would work with FOH staff to ensure these things didn't reoccur."
