"No issues with this hotel, I had to stay one night for business and it gave me everything I needed and was comfortable, clean and the staff were excellent. Couldn’t ask for more for what I needed and would happily stay again!"

"Clean room but needs refurbishing like painting in the toilet/shower and doors. Staff are courteous as always. Amenities are ample. I like the sauna. I am disabled and the staff in the pool area approached and said they can help me get in the pool if I like to. They said I could get in the sauna in the wheelchair which I did and the people inside were all friendly. "

However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations. "The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "
