Nice stay. Can recommend!

Not really obvious hotel in a commercial area a bit outside of the city, but no noisy surrounding. No restaurant. You will need a car to go there. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, too, even continental style, as usual. Friendly staff at the reception. Good place to stay.

We were glad we only stayed for one night. The room itself seemed clean, but there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was also a dusty smell. The hallways were dirty (ground). Because of the smell and no AC, we had to open the windows at night, but it was very loud from all the cars coming and going, and there was a constant light coming from the building across and from the parking lots. Would not recommend. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and check in was easy.

The property is located in a commercial area way outside the city. There is a tram that stops outside that takes you in to Besancon and a large retail park 20 mins walk away. The room we had was huge with all facilities you’d need except aircon which we really needed! There was a huge balcony with a great view of the mountains. Unfortunately there was a gang of people congregated in the car park until the early hours which made me happy our car was in the underground parking that I would recommend.

Good choice, family hotel.

Good location, large room with a comfortable kitchenette and TV. The hosts were very helpful since I arrived late in the evening, they left the keys in a lockbox. Easy to park. Everything was perfectly fine.

It’s situated in a housing estate, we arrived late at night and there was car racing going on until the early hours of the morning. We felt quite uneasy in the room. You could hear everything and anyone that walked past, so the rooms are definitely not It soundproofed as it stated on the listing. The telephone was broken and on the floor there was a strange smell in the room and the floor was sticky. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I made a mistake when making the reservation for 3 days in this hotel that is not central and when I wanted to cancel they did not accept it, I was not able to cancel a single day and they charged me the full rate for every day, they are not flexible, from my point of view view they could have charged me one day for cancellation and the other two days they could have canceled since I did it 24 hours in advance

Séjour de 4 nuits pour le travail, chambre milieu de gamme rénovée au dernier étage. Cuisine équipée avec ce qu'il faut, je l'ai utilisée pour les dîners et petit-déjeuners pendant mon séjour. Les clients de l'apparthotel sont plutôt jeunes sans doute lié à la proximité d'universités médicales et à l'hôpital universitaire à 5 minutes à pied, ce qui peut engendrer des nuisances sonores le soir ou très tôt le matin. Mais bon séjour en général, j'y retournerai à la prochaine occasion.

Très agréable.

Deux pièces très agréable et propre. Personnel très accueillant. Déjà dit à la réception mais il serait bien de pouvoir stopper la vmc qui est assez bruyante et encore plus lorsqu'il y a du vent. Sinon nickel :)
