"We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we appreciated that it was not carpeted. Estes Park is not a big place, so it was convenient to get anywhere we were going although it was on the "outskirts" of town. The lake was right across the street and we enjoyed sunset colors on the lake when we walked over. We did a load of laundry at a reasonable price. The laundry room is located in a game room with several arcade games, a pool table, and foosball. That room could be pretty loud. If it's your kind of thing though, it's a fun addition to the stay. There is an observation deck on the top floor with plenty of seating. What a beautiful view from up there! The property is showing age but is not necessarily in disrepair."
