"Great location. Easy to park since just a bit away from busiest area of Estes Park but still close enough to walk to all of the establishments"

"Everything was great with the exception of the check-in. We arrived around 7:30pm and the office was closed and locked. Attempted to use the self check-in but the software is impossibly un-intuitive. Thankfully, the office person arrived about 15 mins later and checked us in. Rooms are clean and have good views and the staff is friendly, once you can find them."

"The facility could use a remodel. We encountered some issues with the drain, but it was quickly managed. The manager on site was very helpful and proactive in other aspects. The pool needs more frequent maintenance as it was dirty, and we couldn't use it. The breakfast was very good, but another meat protein option would help to respect dietary preferences."
