Clean and spacious. We stayed over for one night while travelling south. The reception team were kind and welcoming even in the middle of the night. The hotel was clean and welcoming and we left the next day feeling there was more to come back and see.

We thought from the web site that there were tea and coffee facilities in the rooms ( rare I know in French hotels) but it is the only improvement to make

Friendly, efficient staff. High quality & comfortable rooms which have all the necessary amenities. Good location, only a short drive from the historic and intersting town of Bernay.

Second stay here for us. Great value, really friendly and helpful staff and spotlessly clean. The slight disappointment was the restaurant where the food was not as good as it was on our last visit.

Great value for money and attentive service at the

Very nice and convenient stopover hotel. It may feel slightly tired at first glance, but rooms are practical and clean. Bathroom is small but well designed for the space. Water pressure in the shower is adequate, Front-desk service is excellent and swift; we arrived late in the evening with several suitcases, and we were immediately offered a ground floor room instead of our originally assigned room on a higher floor to accommodate us (without us even asking) which was extremely thoughtful. There is a wide parking area at the front of the hotel (shared with a restaurant next door) and the hotel is close to Bernay town centre which has plenty of food outlets and retail shops. We have rarely seen this level of service for the price of the room and can only encourage other travellers to use it.

A depressing experience. Box like room and dated hotel in the middle of nowhere. Restaurant next door had ludicrous choice of dishes and an uncovered buffet. How long that had sat there hard to know. I chose a steak as I thought it would be simple and difficult to spoil. Inedible.
