Great location

Hotel was well located near check point charlie and 20 min walk to Alexanderplatz. Room was not made up properly when we arrived and reception gave us bedding and we to make it up ourselves!

There’s no phone in the room. The staffs were not very polite and no customer service at all since I had multiple of days reservation. So, the staff asked me to changed the room when I already stayed in the room for six nights already. Then when I asked for the manager the staff says not working today since it’s weekend. Afterward the staff came up to the room and says can stayed in the room when I was about to pack and changed the room. As you can see how unprofessional is the staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a little hard to find as we were on the opposite pavement and the hotel’s name didn’t really stand out. It was very conveniently located for walking to many sights including the Brandenburg Gates and Check Point Charlie and also public transport was just a street or two away. The room was a little more compact than the photos suggested but very comfortable bed. The public areas were very nicely furnished and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and comfort

The hotel is very well located and connected to visit Berlin. The room (a triple one) was very spacious and comfortable. Always maintained clean for all the time. Little remarks: the TV is a bit undersized for the room dimensions, and the sofa-bed is actually hard (not like stone but very close). Hotel staff was always available to help and provide advises.

Great hotel. I have to talk about the breakfast. It was amazing. Beyond anything I expected. It was the first stop on my trip and it set the bar very high!! Walking distance to checkpoint Charlie where we then picked up the hop on hop off bus. Would highly recommend this hotel

Overall good visit.

For one night it did the job, clean and included all the amenties I needed. Bathroom was warn around the edges but functioned perfectly well. Location is not especially interesting but it is close to the subway.

It was clean and convenient and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. But the shower was quite dated, it leaked, there were tiles missing on the floor and the floor outside the shower was buckled. The loo flush was temperamental too. Other than that, I was super grateful to have such a comfortable and safe place to stay, so near the centre of Berlin.
