Good location near Dutch quarter with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Michael on reception gave us a rundown of all the things to do and see in Potsdam, with some history too, which was great.

Good and quiet rooms

Large and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, if a little on the pricey side. The place is quiet, not being directly on the street but at the end of an inner yard. Close to everything in central old potsdam.

Very comfortable bed and nice breakfast buffet. Room was too hot and no Air Conditioning was available. It cooled down in the evenings. I will stay here again but not during summer months.

The place is very beautiful and in such a great area. Very easy to check in and nice staff. Can leave your bag if you need. However, they gave me a room that required stairs, half a flight down and then another whole flight up. It was worth it in the end as view was incredible from room but please request strep free access room if needed. I had a friend to help me lug my stuff up luckily and don't have issues with stairs. I could have changed my room I guess but just a call out in advance if a consideration. I would happily stay again!

Eigentlich eine gute Lage und gute Adresse. Zimmer 170,00€ da sollte man meinen TOP. Aber weit gefehlt, Teppich fleckig, Badezimmer schrecklich, alt, gerissene Fliesen, Wanne verroste oder dreckig, schimmelt an den Fliesen und am Abzug, Badezimmertür löst sich auf, Wände teilweise dreckig usw. Die Bilder sprechen für sich!

Eine tolle Unterkunft um Potsdam zu Fuß zu erkunden. Allein die fehlende Klimaanlage war blöd. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.

Top Lage! Direkt am holländischen Viertel und den süßen Einkaufsstraßen. Auch zum Bahnhof und dem Hafen ist es nicht sehr weit. Perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden! Der Platz der Einheit ist nicht weit, von dort fahren Straßenbahnen auch nach Babelsberg und überall hin. Sehr freundliches Personal! Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon ein paar Jahre alt, aber die Lage und alles andere macht das absolut wett!

Erstmal, das Hotel ist super gelegen, das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Aber, es gibt einige Abstiche. Wir haben unseren Check In 2 Tage vorher gemacht und wussten, dass wir Zimmer 335 bekommen, da könnte man doch erwarten, das in der Zimmerecke die Spinnweben entfernt werden, die nach der Größe zu schließen, nicht erst seit gestern dort hingen. Begehbare Dusche hört sich gut an, aber der Zugang ist 55cm schmal, sehr schmal für zwei erwachsene Personen. Im Bad ist alles sehr niedrig, was aber nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sein kann, denn die würde nicht in die Dusche kommen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist groß, nur die Brötchen sehr hart. Das war unser 3. Besuch in einem NH Hotel, doch dieses war nicht der gewohnte Standard!
