Good hotel. Small parking lot, and they were too full for our car at one point. Most of the service was good but one of the front desk staff was rude. Area is close to a buss stop. Nice little Italian restaurant next door has good food.

Very nice hotel, with clean and spacious bedrooms, friendly staff and wonderful buffet breakfast. Bedrooms next to the street are somewhat noisy (no noise insulation). Luckily we stayed on the eve of a national holiday so there was no traffic the next morning and we were able to rest.

The standard is a perfect 10 out of 10. Cleanliness, equipment, and appearance are all excellent. The staff service is at the highest level. I highly recommend this place to everyone, whether you are a business person, a group, or a family.

We stayed here two years ago and the hotel is still great. There are foreign workers who stay here and also at the time we stayed there was a busload of teenagers (soccer maybe?) from somewhere. We also had people staying here for the Berlin Marathon which happened to be at the same time, so the place was always busy. Breakfast selection is massive and there is something for everyone. The breads are great, there are choices and the coffee machine is good. I didn't take many photos of the room as I did do a review last time. However the theme is around Marlene Dietrich in each room. We had a comfort room, kettle and tea and coffee available, bathroom is large. We had a desk and chair and extra lounge chair. Our window faced the street and we like that. Some may find this noisy so don't choose room 619. We loved it. Windows are openable and air con is available as is wifi which is great. Plenty of power points. Staff and service were excellent and friendly. The cleaning team is kind and they are diligent. There are toilets in the foyer and there is a bar downstairs although it's limited in choices. There is a cigarette machine (a rare find these days) and smoking is permissible on the back terrace, which is furnished and even if it is in the car park, it's fantastic. I am unsure of costs associated with car parking. You can get your laundry done, which this time around was much cheaper than other countries we stayed in. For dinner Il Nouvo is next door and

We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel for 21 days. The hotel was clean and the staff accommodating. The hotel very convent for our needs, since our daughter lives one mile away. There is a very good Italian Restaurant right next door that is moderately priced. The room was cleaned adequately every day. We did not take advantage of the breakfast during our stay. Right next door there is a Neto store that has groceries and pastries. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with. Benjamin was very friendly and helped us a great deal. When we come back to Berlin next week, we will be staying 14 more days. It has met our need quite well since we have a car to get around Berlin, thought the bus system stops right across the street.

Our room facing the road was compact but absolutely spotless. There was lots of road noise and the room got quite hot, but it had air conditioning if needed ( we didn’t use it). There is also a very useful fridge in the room. Not much choice in the bar, no brandy or Weinbrand, but there are lots of restaurants nearby. Location is great, bus from the airport stops outside and it’s easy to get anywhere on public transport. Not the cheapest hotel but I certainly would stay here again.

The room can be improved and the bathrooms look dirty because they are old and scratched. A country where they treat foreigners extremely badly, everyone, the bus drivers, their people, all very hostile.

The room was not clean. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The worst however was the bathroom, it smelled strongly of urine and the towels were stained. Also the heating system wasn’t working, it would only blow cold air. So we were cold all night. I would not stay there ever again.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet! Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden, Kühlschrank, alles da. Hatte ein Superior Zimmer zum Parkplatz gebucht, daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Einzig das Badezimmer müsste vielleicht Mal renoviert werden, weil noch mit Badewanne , eine Dusche wäre besser. Frühstück war hervorragend, alles Frisch und reichlich vorhanden. Personal im Frühstücksraum Super freundlich und gut gelaunt. Würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Liegt zwar etwas außerhalb der Touristenorte, aber Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe Klare Empfehlung außerhalb des Trubels 👍

Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Hotel sehr liebevoll aus jedoch sehr Sicherheitsbedenken cklich ist das in keinem Treppenhaus noch auf den Fluren. Das Licht anging bis auf das Dauer leuchtende Zeichen vom Notausgang. Ich konnte auch keinen Lichtschalter in der Nähe der Türen finden, speziell im Treppenaufgang, den man benutzen muss, weil der Fahrstuhl nicht in jedes Stockwerk fährt
