Een prima hotel alleen als je op de hogere etages zit is het wel trappen lopen. Een lift zou wenselijk zijn . Verder geen klachten, vriendelijk personeel.

Ruhige Lage, zentral zur S-Bahn Station, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut, wir können es jedem Berlinliebhaber empfehlen. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Wir buchen es immer wieder gerne. Dank dem freundlichem Personal wurde auch unser Zimmerwunsch im ersten Stock erfüllt.

I Recommend this place

Nice place, it was clean and comfortable. Easy to travel around in Berlin from the train. The train was five minutes walk from the hotel. And I sleep well in the bed.

Super Preis Leistung. Großes Zimmer. Störte überhaupt nicht dass bad im flur gegenüber war. War ja schließlich unseres und kein gemeinschaftsbad. Schade dass es kein frühstück gab. Haben immer erst suchen müssen wo man frühs zum frühstücken hngehen kann. Aber hotellage ist dennoch genial. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. 3 min zur sbahn entfernt. Perfekt für unseren mädels städtetrip.

Stanze comode e confortevoli.

Per me la posizione è ottima in quanto sto esponendo i miei quadri nella galleria d'arte Sozialkasse des Baugewerbes che si trova a pochi passi. La pensione si trova a 15 minuti di auto da Alexanderplatz. Sempre a pochi passi c'è la metropolitana per accedere a tutta la città. Anche se esternamente non dà una buona impressione, le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli, ci tornerei senz'altro. Un solo probrema: la pensione non è dotata di ascensore.

Im allgemeinen sehr enttäuscht...

Mit dem Preis von diesem Hotel kann man nicht viel erwarten aber leider sind gewisse Standards doch nicht eingehalten worden wie z.b. der Matratzenschoner unter Spannbettlaken nicht vorhanden, deshalb waren undefinierbare Flecken auf der Matratze zur erkennen. Ein Fernseher ist zwar vorhanden aber man konnte nur ZDF empfangen. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war leider mangelhaft wir haben uns drei Tage aufgehalten und es wurde leider nicht gesäubert dennoch haben wir neue Handtücher täglich bekommen. Das Bad war wie beschrieben auf dem Gang dennoch funktionierte das Schloss nicht einwandfrei dass man am ersten Tag mehrere Minuten versucht hatte das Schloss zu öffnen, nach Beschwerde wurde dies aber behoben.

Gut geeignet für den Städtetrip

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße unweit einer S-Bahn Station. Hier sind auch ausreichend Kiez-Läden und Restaurants zu finden. Das Hotel bietet zwar kein Frühstück an aber wenige 100 Meter entfernt findet man einen sehr günstigen Bäcker der Sitzplätze hat. Das Zimmer war groß. Der Reinheitszustand war für mich in Ordnung. War halt teilweise ein bisschen staubig aber kaum der Rede wert. Mein Badezimmer war recht klein und lag gegenüber meines Zimmers. Man musste den Flur kreuzen. War aber kein Problem. Auch hier war der Reinheitsgrad für mich in Ordnung. Alles in allem kann ich sagen, dass das Hotel sich gut für einen Städtetrip eignet.

Hotelli S-Bahn-aseman lähellä

Olin avopuolisoni kanssa kahdeksan päivän matkalla Berliinissä, ja täytyy myöntää, että varaamamme hotelli yllätti meidät täysin niin positiivisesti kuin negatiivisestikin. Positiivista oli tilava huone, johon kuului oma kylppäri. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä sijainnut S-Bahn-asema teki liikkumisen helpoksi. Negatiivista puolestaan oli siivouksen olemattomuus sekä äärimmäisen huono äänieristys. Käsittääkseni huonettamme ei siivottu kertaakaan vierailumme aikana, eikä lakanoita vaihdettu (pyyhkeet sen sijaan vaihdettiin päivittäin). Lisäksi tyynyssäni oli jonkun edellisen käyttäjän jäljiltä isoja ruskeita tahroja. Olimme myöskin varauksen yhteydessä ruksineet varauslomakkeesta kohdan, jonka mukaan haluamme sellaisen huoneen, jossa on parisänky. "Parisänkynä" toimivat kaksi vierekkäin aseteltua sänkyä, joiden päällä ei ollut petauspatjaa, mikä oli mielestäni hieman outoa. Kokonaisuutena hotelli hoiti hommansa tyydyttävästi, mutta mielestäni parannettavaakin olisi.

Convenience at a good price

A quiet, clean, hotel, close to tram to central Berflin. Good local eating places and variety of these. Best suited to those who want to engage with a city away from the rush of the center and the cost of it. Liked our stay very much. Can have breakfast if desired, but eating out easy. Pay extra for room with own internal shower, but basic room comes with private bathroom, just not ensuite. Beds were large and comfy.
