Great location, clean room and quite big. I was happy with my stay and I don't have any particular complains for the facilities. The checkout was at 11am and the room cleaner kept knocking on my door from 9:45 to ask me what time I am planing to leave. It just stressed me out a bit. I understand that they want to plan their day but no reason to keep knocking on people's door. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel is situated in a great area. The hotel is in a quiet street away from the city noise, but the transit connections are amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of items.

Nice hotel near the zoo.

Hotel is nice, comfortable bed, decent shower and the breakfast is good. Only issue we had was the fact the hotel is not air conditioned (and it got up to 38 degrees while we were there)!!

Very quiet hotel and cosy room… even during the huge festival in the neighborhood. Nice staff, friendly service, comfortable bed. Cooking kit is provided. No AC, but it wasn’t hot. Very close to famous park, department store and other tourist and party locations.

Excellent will be returning in the future!

We had a lovely time here, the staff were super kinda and spoke good English so it was easy to get by it was a comfortable stay especially for the affordable price and to be an hours walk or a 10 min uber from the centre was brilliant they are LGBTQ friendly and the surrounding area has some wonderful gay bars so I highly recommend them for comfortable and affordable accommodation!!!
