Great location! for first timers I recommend staying as close as possible to Gendarmenmarkt and Gendarm Nouveau was just across the street from it.

Parfait emplacement. Chambre très agréable avec terrasse. EN revanche petit déjeuner moyen....jus d'orange infecte.... Et un seul ascenseur donc beaucoup d'attente surtout le matin. Mais je recommande cet hotel qui est extrêmement bien placé avec de nombreuses brasseries our prendre son brunch a l'extérieur. Au pied du metro, des boutiques, du meilleur chocolatier de Berlin, les musées sont à tout proche, un marché de Noel sur la placeun centre commercial avec un supermarket.... Bref une situation vraiment idéale.

Wir hatten die Dom Suite. Sie war ungeheizt. In der Winterzeit nicht zumutbar. Die Aushilfs-Rezeptionistin hat mit mobilen Heizstrahlern ihr bestes gegeben. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig, insbesondere im Bad. Es mangelte außerdem an Kleinigkeiten wie fehlender Flaschenöffner und Kugelschreiber. Der Aufzug ist zu langsam. Das Frühstück enthält alle Basics. Das Positivste war das Geburtstagsfrühstück!

Prisvärt och centralt

Ett bra standard hotell mitt i smeten i de "finare kvarteren" kändes det som. Hotel Hilton som granne! Julmarknaden på Gendarmermarkt ses från hotellet. Gångavstånd till bl.a. Check point Charlie, Brandenburg Tor och shopping. Ingen restaurang på hotellet. Dyr frukost, så vi åt den på stan.

Veldig sentralt, kan gå til alt😊 lite hotell, dem som jobber der gir ikke så mye av seg selv. Men hotellet er rent og pent😊

Nice location. Clean, comfortable room. Didn’t make use of breakfast room since there are so many cafes around. Lobby bar served a reasonable selection of hot and cold drinks and lobby was comfortable enough to sit for a while. Only things: lift and WiFi were both very slow!

We had a great stay at the Gendarm Nouveau. The location couldn’t be beat and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The service was also excellent. Truly an excellent hotel!

can't recommend this hotel -- in the summer I've given up going to it as it can be sweltering -- now in the winter no heat in the room and no one to fix it and staff seemed not to care about much of anything -- very indifferent even at check-in

Das zugeteilte Zimmer hatte einen Ausblick auf eine Müllhalde in dem Innenhof mit der Geruchskulisse des Hotel-Restaurants und Geräuschbelästigung des unmittelbar daneben liegenden Fahrstuhls. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer gegen ein besseres getauscht. Die Reinigung während unserer Abwesenheit am nächsten Tag offnete das Fenster, vergaß es jedoch zu schließen, was gefühlte 10 Grad Temperatur bei unserer Rückkehr am Abend bewirkte...

Sehr gute Lage, U-Bahn-Station "Stadtmitte" wenige Meter entfernt. Gehobene Gegend und abends relativ ruhig im Viertel. Das Hotel ist angenehm eingerichtet: modern, nicht überladen und trotzdem gemütlich - hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Das Zimmer zur Rückseite heraus hatte leider nur einen Blick auf eine fensterlose Hauswand.

Excellent hotel in its category. Best location in Berlin, walking distance almost everywhere in the center of Berlin. View on beautiful Gendarmenmarkt. Renovated, clean, quite street. Did not use their breakfast since there is multitude of pleasant small cafes around. Also a number of excellent restaurants. Helpfull staff. 2 lines of metro minute walk.... Perhaps a faster internet would be a bonus. Would stay again and recommend. Barbara

Super Lage

Kleines Hotel direkt beim Gendarmenmarkt. Sehr gute Umgebung, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Restaurants und Kaffees gleich um die Ecke. Comfort Zimmer gross und geräumig, Badezimmer gut und genügend Stauraum. Teppich im Zimmer auf den ersten Blick etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Klimaanlage kann abgestellt werden. Zimmer zur Strasse morgens etwas laut aber in der Nacht ruhig. Frühstück hatten wir nicht im Hotel können wir daher nicht bewerten. Einziger Minuspunkt: eines der beiden Zimmer war erst um 16.30 Uhr bezugsbereit. Das Hotel bietet keinen Luxus ist aber super gelegen und eignet sich perfekt für einen Kurztrip.

Von der Lage ist das Hotel super gelegen. Nur leider mangelt es sehr am Service. Auf unsere Fragen wie z.B. es mit den Stadtbikes funktioniert oder wo man eine lecker Nudel in der Gegend essen kann, gab es keine Antwort von der Rezeption. Auch eine Geste, nachdem der Fehlfeueralarm um 6.35 h, für 25 Minuten ausgelöst wurde, gab es nicht. Die Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber und unter die Dusche wollte sich meine Tochter nicht stellen, so pilzig war diese … schade hatten wir uns anderes vorgestellt.

Excelente ubicación cerca de todos los museos. La habitación muy cómoda aunque un poco alejado de toda la vida nocturna, es difícil encontrar restaurantes y bares en la noche, pero su comodidad compensaba por el tener que desplazarse a otros barrios.
