I loved staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was delightfully minimalist, location was great, pricing was really fair, and the breakfast foods were actually well-seasoned (not usually the case in American hotels). I would definitely come back!

Good value in nice location

This is a nice hotel in a great location just off Kurfurstendam. It offers good value for a Berlin hotel. The condition isn't perfect as there are quite a few chips and scratches, but nothing too major. There was a footprint stain on the duvet, so cleanliness could have been better. Sockets near the bed would have been good and the light switches were very confusing. The en-suite was small and the shower had a flimsy curtain. On the plus side, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the efficient lift was very welcome. Breakfast was tasty, but overpriced at 20Euros. Lots of other options nearby. Overall this hotel is a good value option for a Berlin city break.

The hotel is just fine, but lags behind other 4* hotels I've visited. The room was slightly outdated and could use a bit of a modern touch. Also, some things I missed in the room that should've been there: a place to work and a coffee machine / water boiler. I personally did not like the breakfast, there was no 'normal' scrambled eggs available and the croissants were baked too long. Also, I struggles with finding several products, as did other guests. It could be organised more logically and the breakfast room could use a bit more ambiance. Would recommend to book without breakfast and explore the great possibilities in the neighbourhood! To end on a positive note: the surroundings of the hotel are quiet and feel safe, and it is within walking distance of the Ku'damm and nice cafés and restaurants.

The hotel itself was really nice and the reception staff always polite. I found one or two of the breakfast staff a little rude at times. We found the room to be quite small with little space to put general things out. One thing that was missing was tea and coffee making facilities, I can’t remember when I was in a hotel without this. All in all, though, it was a comfortable stay.

I liked the proximity of the Ku'damm and Savigny Platz for the S-Bahn as well as nice ambience of the hotel. Just to signal our room looked nothing like the photos. It was considerably smaller and more tired looking decor. But fine. Complimentary bottled water would be nice. Of course we could have asked for a second key, but at check in as a couple we were automatically only given one key which I found a bit unusual.

Vi boede kun én nat på hotellet. Beliggenheden er fantastisk meget central og personalet i receptionen var utroligt venlige og imødekommende. Vi følte os meget velkomne, og servicen var virkelig god. Det eneste negative var sengen, som var alt for hård. Min datter og jeg havde svært ved at sove ordentligt, hvilket desværre gik ud over oplevelsen. Alt i alt en god oplevelse takket være den gode service og den centrale placering, men komforten i sengen kunne helt klart forbedres.
