"The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The photos made the room seem larger than it really was. We had a 4 person room with 3 adults. We were tripping over each other, as there was barely space to move between the beds. I would not stay in that type of room again."

"Great location - easy to walk to the train station (Berlin HBF) and other bus and train lines. Great options for food and coffee and a grocery store right nest door. The staff were very nice and helpful. 24/7 access to drinks and food (restaurant in the lobby). Free (great) self-service coffee machines also in the lobby. Plenty of seating for lounging and relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable, with windows that can be opened for fresh air. The airconditioning did not go down as low as we wanted (we like cold rooms to sleep in), but opening the window helped a lot (we were there early May so weather was mild and warm in the day time and cooler at night)."
