Amazing location and great restaurants around. Easy trip to Berlin. However, we recommend trying to get back to Potsdam before the buses and train stop. We had a cab!!! It worked out. Highly recommend the stay and a visit to the Palaces and parks!

Loved it!

I was so impressed with how beautifully equipped the kitchen was, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and every kind of dish, pot and pan, or utensil one could want. The bathroom was extremely large and modern, and the rest of the room was nicely furnished and comfortable for sleeping, dining, or sitting around. A safe is provided and there's plenty of storage, hangers, etc. Free tea and coffee and always available in the lobby. The location is also great. There's the Charlottenhof train station just steps away, it's an easy walk to Sansoucci and the other palaces, and shopping is also close by. Even the main train station is a walkable distance away. In the 3 days we were there, no one came to clean the room, but I prefer it that way. I assume if we had needed fresh towels or sheets for a longer stay that we could have asked for them. It's almost like living in an apartment, though, and I liked that! I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

It was a rough stay. The staff was nice and well-intentioned. Check in was delayed, and the communication around our room availability was poor. The room itself was large and had potential. But it was a hot day and the a/c — something we looked for in this place — was not adequate (and was controlled at the front d). Worse, the water was turned off at two different times, both coinciding with our showers. Lastly, the Expedia listing says that parking is available, but in reality it’s limited and needs to be reserved in a process that I was not made aware of. The front desk did comp our breakfast and room tax as a gesture to make up for the experience. As I said, everyone was very nice and tried to help. And the property has potential. It just needs more attention and investment.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Straße, was aber nicht weiter stört, da die Zimmer gut geräuschisoliert und klimatisiert sind. Die Tiefgarage ist über PkwAufzug erreichbar. Die Plätze sind begrenzt, sollten reserviert werden, ansonsten problemlos bis 2m Höhe. Die Küchenzeile hat Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank & Kochgelegenheit. Großer Safe für Laptop etc., alles andere notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt, Self Check out möglich. Preis-/Leistung, incl.Parkgebühr angemessen.
