Väldigt fint och prisvärt boende och killen som mötte oss i receptionen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. När vi åker till Berlin nästa gång så kan samtliga i sällskapet tänka sig att bo här igen!

It is a great location and perfect for Neukölln. But the bedding was too small for the bed and a few lamps in the room did not work. The was way too little soap. The staff is nice but I did not see them much and the lift was broken. Everything was clean. It is load but that is the street and not the hotel. But for that price I will not come back and I do not think it is worth it.

Okay accommodation needs better service

We stayed overnight and the check-in machine was broken and whe had to call the emergency number and wait until someone arrived. Athey agreed to leave a note so that the morning staff knew. I then check in the morning and the staff are unable to find saud note and refuse to extend our stay.

Convenient location to public transportation and food. Room was clean for the most part. Missing hand soap from bathroom. Room facing the main street got alot of noise at night. lots of people fighting, police activity, etc. Very large rooms and plenty of space for long stays.

Excellent hotel. Very modern. Not the best area of berlin but i enjoyed it very much. Plenty of food places nearby and much cheaper than central berlin. Only down side was we could not control the heat and it was very warm.

Want to especially commend Ashay at the front desk who went out of her way to move me to another room when the first room had a few issues. Loved staying here, my second visit. There are several great places to eat in the neighborhood, the U-Bahn is just steps from the front door, Hasenheide a short walk away, and Tempelhof airfield just a bit further. A great place for a stay, I'll definitely be coming back for another visit. Highly recommend.

Der Service war sehr gut, die Angestellten sehr höflich und das Zimmer sehr sauber, helle und modern mit Wohlfühlfaktor und hohem Komfort. Alles so wie man es sich wünscht. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall unseren nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt wieder in diesem Hotel verbringen.

The room was amazing and the building is also really fancy compared to what is around the surroundings. There is also a nice bakerei called Gorilla something. But the neighborhood is not the favoriate.

An sich eine gute Unterkunft in Neukölln, trotz der Lage an der Hermannstrasse sehr ruhig, auch soweit sauber. Keine Möglichkeit irgendwie irgendetwas aufzuhängen, nicht ein einziger Haken, außer im Bad!!!! aber da möchte man ja seine Kleidung nicht aufhängen. Dabei wäre jede Menge Platz hierfür. Sehr unverständlich. All die lustigen Features der Toilette- defekt! Ebenso die elektrische Bedienung der Vorhänge zum Beispiel. Einzig das Bett ist hervorzuheben, die Matratzen fanden wir wirklich gut. Alles in allem eine ordentliche Unterkunft, aber nichts zum Wohlfühlen.
