Great location, easy access to transport, food, the Christmas markets and the tourist hop on hop off bus is across the road. The staff were helpful and friendly and we had Christmas lunch at Spargo restaurant which was excellent!

The unmanned check-in is convenient, but you'll need to find a staff member to get VIP benefits.
