"Nice hotel, large lobby, big and clean rooms. Very polite staff, responds quickly to requests and very, very kind and service. Could not open the windows on the second night, it was too hot in the room which made sleeping difficult. The hotel's internet is really inconvenient, connection to it failed ..."

"Close to public transportation, Museum Island, Berlin Cathedral, Berlin TV Tower, World Time Clock, boat cruise, restaurants. I was confused about thw email I received about upgrades. The rooms were great except for Aircon. It mostly blew hot air. The staff were great."
