We were surprised how good this hotel was. Firstly, very competitivey priced. All the staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was more than adequate, recently upgraded. Definitely stay here again.

Great stay
What a lovely hotel. Staff were so courteous and helpful. Told us of local restaurants. and gave us plates as we were going to local supermarket. We chilled by the lovely pool . Had a swim . Perfect location . Dark at night but felt safe coming home .Great breakfast with our favourite croissant and delicious French bread . We will be back soon . Thanks for a great stay

The staff were helpful, friendly and very hospitable. The location is perfect for walking, restaurants, the weekly market.

The hotel is situated very well, close to the town but away from the noise... not that Bergerac is very noisy (in fact a VERY NICE & LOVELY town worth vis)

Excellent short break made all the more pleasant by polite, smiling , helpful staff…..all of them. Quick to help and respond to requests. Extremely clean hotel and wonderful clean pool with loungers and umbrellas area to cool off and relax in.

Ideal location for a trip to the Rugby World Cup
We had a lovely stay in this friendly hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with much appreciated air conditioning. The lovely swimming pool area was an added bonus and provided the perfect location to rest and relax after busy days. The location was perfect for both visiting the old town of Bergerac and for transport links into Bordeaux. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout.

Nous avons passé 2 excellents jours. L’hôtel est très sympa, bien situé, la piscine tellement agréable en période de canicule. Le personnel est adorable, gentil et compétent.

Séjour court mais reposant !
Séjour professionnel parfait avec accès piscine toute la journée et 5 mn à pied du vieux Bergerac. C'est calme et reposant. Manque juste un peu plus d'insonorisation entre les chambres et le couloir. Le hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques.

Vacances en famille
Rien à redire sur la prestation globale, l'amabilité, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Seule la situation de l'hôtel près de la gare peut est source de questions et d'inquiétude pour la clientèle, la quiétude n'étant pas toujours gagnée. Au final, tout s'est très bien passé pour nous.

Good hotel within easy walking distance of town
This is a good town hotel in a good location within east walking distance of the town. Staff are friendly and welcoming and very helpful when explaining where to go and what to do. Bed is a bit firm and the bathroom is small but it was ok for our overnight stop. There is some secure hotel parking for an additional cost but adjacent parking is free and seems very safe. I would recommend this hotel.

Cet hôtel est tres bien situé près du centre-ville et stationnement gratuit facile. Les propriétaires sont tres tres agréables et accueillantes,vraiment adresse à retenir. La chambre est bien meublée, au calme et la literie de belle qualité. Tres propre.

Excellent hotel and service
What a great hotel. Excellent customer service and welcome. Very comfortable, modern, warm, clean room. Only 5 minutes walk to the old town and free parking at the nearby train station. Will definitely stay here again if over-nighting in Bergerac.

A very nice little hotel with a lovely pool in the Center of Bergerac. We had a lovely welcome and for sure I will visit again . The room was spotless and the staff were kind . Great little breakfast . For sure they deserve 5* .
