"Had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful hilly, mountain-side hotel. The setting was serene and refreshing, but what stood out most was the exceptional hospitality from every member of the staff warm, attentive, and always ready to help. "This property is incredibly situated with an amazing view down Ella Gap. The rooms are built into the side of the hill, with wooden doors and windows openingnupmon the view - so tjink more like a challet (or lodge!) than fancynjotel room. You will need your mosquito repellant. "Ella is a dream and this property was so nice! The whole ambiance is beautiful and calming. They even have a garden on the premises. Our room has a magnificent view great for watching the sunrise. I opted to watch from outside near the garden. It was so magical to watch the Sun rise while listening to the birds serenade in the background and faint Buddhist chants growing gradually louder as the Sun came up! I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ella and wish we could have stayed...

"Great little friendly hotel in beautiful Ella. Walking distance to town, restaurants and pubs. The hill Is a little steep to walk but if you find it hard you can get a tuk tuk for a couple of dollars. The room was clean and tidy and had a nice balcony. Staff really helpful. Totally recommend."

"we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this."

"We were on our honeymoon and had been staying in very luxury places but we fancied something different for a couple of days which would be an experience that we would remember.
