"This was our third time staying here, and overall we really enjoy this hotel. The property is very nice, we love the pools and indoor/outdoor hot tub, and the rooms are beautiful.
Unfortunately, this stay was a bit disappointing due to several housekeeping issues. After a day at the beach, the floors were never swept, so we continued to track and feel sand throughout the room for the remainder of our stay. When we went to shower, we also discovered that both the shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty, as though they had never been refilled after the previous guests. Our coffee station wasn't restocked either, leaving us with only one cup and no coffee pods the following morning.
After our second night, housekeeping did provide fresh towels and emptied the garbage, but the beds were not made, the floors still weren't swept, and the coffee station still hadn't been replenished.
Everyone we spoke with was friendly, courteous, and apologetic, and we appreciated that. However, these were basic housekeeping items that shouldn't have been overlooked, especially at an otherwise excellent hotel."
