Definitely recommend others to stay here if they are staying in San Ignacio. My criticism would be the shower was a bit hard to use because the water was weak and that the pool was quite dirty. The water was murky. The person on the day I checked out could have been a bit more courteous. After checking out, he just told me "you're all set". Something like "Thank you for staying with us. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us." would go a long way. "

"Monkey Falls was set in a lovely location right in the jungle. It was quiet and relaxing. We were shown around Rod’s farm which was very interesting. The kitchen makes lovely home made food, including breakfast, which we ate every day. Tours can easily be booked from there and they will pick you up. It’s a short taxi ride from town. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to relax and you like jungle and wildlife."
