When I came in I had to request for maintenance to work on the light and kettle in my room that were not working. The room wasn’t well cleaned and the dishes I left outside my door were removed 4 hours later.
Checking in and out was a nightmare. Hotel staff insisted on payment on site. Claimed Expedia did not pay them. Rude; unkind. I had to call Expedia several times. Phone calls were very expensive; likely greater than $30. Nightmare!
I was dissatisfied since the begginng due to the questioning from the receptionist about the payment through Hotels.com even mention that agency did not pay the hotel and I needed to pay again. The matter was resolved after a quick call with a Hotela.com representative.
After that entrance the first night could not sleep. Construction workers from the same site where too noisy and drunk from 4 am to 6.30am.
Water was sold to us by their personal from the restaurant at double the price.
the last night and after a room change the A/C would not work.
food is expensive and they take so long to serve.
Generally speaking not a good experience. I hope they reconsider what is going on.
This hotel offered a high class standards in every levy of comfort and desires in its facilities and services. The foods and drinks are very pricey. Everything else meets the criteria of excellency
