"The room I was given was not as described on Expedia. Furthermore, I was told I was not entitled to breakfast despite the fact that my booking included breakfast. Horrible experience. I have pictures and videos of the room as proof. "

"Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night. Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. "

"Close proximity to lots of things. Good food, supervisor (Ohio) was super helpful with lots of needs especially when they didn't have my reservation on their system. I had to go through a lot of hassle trying to clear that. I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, and breakfast was included in my booking but they refused to give me breakfast for one week. "The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were occasional power outages but there is a generator on the premises to fill in, and the internet service was good as well. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the Chinese food in the restaurant is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Benin City."
