Very disappointed with this facility. Room was extrely cramped, unclean and the surroundings of the building are poor. The food was horrible, service was extrely slow. The elevator is so small that only one person and two suitcases would fit into it. Staff were nice. Overall, it was not a very pleasant ...

A special mention to Aniket in the West Wing who went out of the way to make sure that my sister's stay was safe and comfortable. Also, the chauffeur of the complimentary taxi service was super helpful and ensured that she got in safe and sound to check into her airlines.
