"I booked this for my father’s stay. He had nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel. He still cannot stop talking about how caring, and helpful the staff were during his stay from check in, to his meals at the restaurants all the way through check out. Everyone had smiles on their face and treated him with such care. A special shout out to Aavantika from concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure my father was well taken care throughout his stay. We will surely be booking again...

"Excellent as always. I don't like the rainfall showers, they are very inconvenient, and it hurts to bend over backward if you don't want to get your hair wet. A proper shower projects water at an angle not straight down. Also the styling is painful with the sharp corners. The little wand is not the same as a real shower. If you provide a wand it should be a large circular area, not a small rectangle. I recommend to replace all shower fixtures with a more ergonomic design. Also the bath towels...
