Sat by pool but didn’t go in. Weather wasn’t good. But there were covered places to sit so that was nice. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable

Enjoyable

Enjoyable experience- great food- room and bed comfortable but we had an issue with ants which wasn’t dealt with promptly- also slow to come with extra pillows but these were minor issues and I will certainly return!

In general terms my experience was good, it has an excellent location, customer service and good food. I feel disappointed with the issue of cleanliness, we were in the hotel for a week, and we realized when they cleaned the room that they were doing a very superficial work. Another point that disappoints is the pool, because they open it very late (11 am), according to the explanation they gave me it is because of the noise. Something that does not make sense since at that time all the guests have already passed through the dining room (the dining room It is open until 10:30)

Great location 3 minute walk from beach, pubs and restaurants Check in handled by Vivian who was efficient and friendly big hello to her. We were a party of 10 we arrived around 10 pm, dinner had finished but as requested a cold buffet was left for us. Would recommend hotel.

Perfectly good hotel for what you pay for a room, the staff were very friendly and helpful, very clean and tidy. The food was good and there was lots of it to have. Overall a good ten days stay.

Nice break

On arrival reception staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and had a partial sea view with small balcony.we were half board and the food was excellent with a good variety at breakfast and dinner close to bars and restaurants with a nice swimming pool area.was very good value for money and would definitely stay again

We had a late arrival to the Hotel, early hours of the morning. The night staff were expecting us and efficient. Room and areas were clean and in good order. Breakfast was excellent and staff very efficient. A good experience, good value and very happy with.

Very clean hotel. Also still plenty of hand sterilising stations all working. My only real comments are that the lifts required patience, made slower by still only advising one family group at a time. However this was our 2nd visit, last time was 2019, and if I could get a flight we'd be back there again next week!

Had a really nice stay here no complaints about anything at all apart from the fact that we were unable to keep our room and there is no shower room, you have to shower at the pool area in an open space and no room to then get ready in then have to put your wet swim wear in the case, but other than that we had a great time and happy with the rooms. The location it's close to the beach. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner they are good and the hotel staff very friendly and happy to help. What I dint liked, the hotel acoustic isolation it's horrible, you can hear each side and upper floor neighbours, I slept with ear plugs, otherwise it’s was impossible to sleep. Other negative point was the swimming pool responsible/lifeguard, every day he tried to close the swimming before the 8pm closing time. One day he tried to convince our kids to leave the swimming pool early...what an unwise attitude.

Los shows nocturnos geniales

Una estancia muy cómoda y cerca de la playa, a 30 metros. La comida no es excepcional pero está bastante bien. Mucha animación en las piscinas con diferentes actividades y por la noche hay buenas actuaciones.
