It took over 20 minutes to check In, we weren’t allowed to upgrade to all inclusive, my credit card details were written on a piece of paper (terrible security risk) and we were charged a fortune for a paper cup of beer which was only 3/4 full (fine if you’re all inclusive and can refill but paying resort prices should be a glass and a full drink!) the property is also in need of some upgrades/renovations.

Overall great hotel.. however not clear what alcohol is available as all inclusive. Very clean, beds so comfy. Food - variety of choices and overall very good

L hotel est très bien construit par contre déçu du parc aquatique il est mentionné sur le site parc aquatique gratuit alors que pas du tout si vous n avez pas l option tous compris vous payer 7€par enfants et 10€ par adulte la journée et le seul toboggan qu il y a dans le parc peut se faire que en bouée qu il faut payer en plus 20€ et 10€ de caution même avec le hall inclusive ça fait cher le parc pour une famille plus cher qu un parc aquatique en Suisse sino a part ça l hôtel est top

The reception is amazing, great for pictures. All the staffs are extremely friendly. The recreation for kids and adults is good, but could improve with more options all day. The food is ok, the dessert area have a lot options, but everything taste the same. In general was great. My son had the best time of his life. We are count the days to be back next year.

Family visit
The overall stay was good but not what we maybe expected when we ordered. What we did not notice when we did the order through Hotels.com was that the hotel was aimed for all inclusive stays. Our family was one of the few families without the all inclusive. Nothing bad about that but we maybe did not expect the normal family noise you get in these kind of hotels. Also tge price of food gets expensive. A lunch for us was 30€/person so we did not eat at the hotel. Hotel is very nice, but it is not located at the sea. From the review when selecting the hotel we could expect much closer. Nowhere it is stated that a train rund between the hotel and the sea. The train is not noisy but it would explain the access to beach differently. Hotel is located quite far from Benalmadena and Fuengirola centres so one will need a car/taxi/bus to visit any of the centres. We had a car all the time and then the location is good. Rooms are ok, but nothing extraordinary. Hotel is VERY big so there is a lot to explore. Very nice lobbies all over. Pool area is ok with lots of sun all day. View from the hotel is really nice. Overall I would summarise the visit as ok, but most likely we would not choose this hotel again. Then because of the location and the all inclusive focus.

Our stay was amazing! The resort is remote but there are cabs which are easily ordered at reception which can take you into town. The facilities in the hotels were incredible and the entertainment was some of the best I have seen in a hotel. The fact that you could chose between 3 very different acts each night was great! Our room was also very clean and big with plenty of space for 4 people and there was only 2 of us! Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!

Don’t believe that all that is listed in the description is available at the actual hotel. I.e. we seen that from listing that it had a Lazy River, this was actually located at the beach club a short shuttle away. You can not buy a dingy you have to rent @ €10 €10 deposit each per day for a few hours only. The room was not as modern as we thought from the pictures the Wi-Fi was not working and in our room and staff couldn’t care when reported. We actually thought paying extra for seaview suite with terrace would include at least sun lounges but no it didn’t. The maids would only leave 2 towels on days unless asked to leave 4. The pillows where very uncomfortable only providing 1 long pillow per bed. The pull out bed was uncomfortable for our teenage daughter as she could feel the springs and she is fine made up so not due to weight. The food was nice plenty of choice, the drinks where hidden so you could see what was on offer unless it was the premium drinks which where expensive at €9 each. Bar closed at 12 and lights on all terraces switched off. Public Transport very good and very reasonable between the 2 neighbouring towns. Most of the best night entertainment seemed to be in the holiday resort village. All inclusive didn’t cover food or drink in sister hotels if you wanted to attend the shows. The beach club on Sunday also an extra cost for drinks. Safe in room was a daily charge as well, AI, No, charge where they can

Très belle hôtel : une piscine à l’hôtel et un accès gratuit au centre aquatique (des navettes circule toute la journée entre l’hôtel et ce centre aquatique). Accès plage rapide à pied. Parfait pour un voyage en famille. Personnel non francophone qui a tendance à privilégier la clientèle britannique.

Très beau séjour
Hôtel magnifique, déco incroyable Petit déjeuner super mais repas du soir ne vaut pas le standing de l’hôtel ( pâtes pas très bonnes surtout les sauces)

Fint Hotel
Fint Hotel men det trænger til en kærlig hånd. Rigtig god mad vi var der over julen og der var det den ene restaurant der havde åben, all inklusiv maden var fin, der er mulighed for at få lavet ommelet til morgenmaden. Værelset er generelt lidt slidt, men ellers er de fine der var sovesofa samt mulighed for at lave med på værelset, terrassen/Altanen var dejlig stor.

Fint og stort hotell, barnevennlig.
Fint og stort hotell med romslige rom med kjøkken! Litt dumt at inne basseng og safe koster ekstra penger. Stort spillerom for barn. Bra frokost!

Kein 4 Sterne Niveau
Sehr lautes und abgewohntes Hôtel. Service reagiert nicht wenn Gäste bis 4 Uhr früh feiern. Buffet Restaurant unteres Niveau. Service Emfang ist schleckt. Die von uns gebucht Junior Suite verdient nicht den Namen. Abgewohnt, man fühlt sich im Riesen Hôtel nicht wohl, Max 3 Sterne!

Muy bien por el precio de temporada baja.
El hotel necesita mantenimiento, la puerta de la habitación de caía a pedazos. Uno de los días no han hecho la limpieza de la habitación y cuando lo reclamamos nos dijeron que solo era hasta las 5 de la tarde ¿? Las área de piscina están muy bien. El desayuno también está muy bien. La cena regular, un buffet de muy baja calidad. Sin embargo por el precio que lo pagamos en día de semana y fuera de temporada ha estado muy bien. El spa también es otro punto positivo, aunque creo que debe quedarse pequeño cuando hay más ocupación. Ahora no pagaría 200 y pico de euros la noche en temporada por un hotel de esta categoría.
