"Hotel is very big and is situated above the train station. We were sold an upgraded room on check in, which we were told was a newer room and was on the 6th floor. The room was pretty good, with no noise from the station or street below.
There was insufficient space and sockets for a proper area for the kettle and coffee pod machine, which made it fiddly to use. Bed and shower were great. Reception staff were very helpful and breakfast buffet was very good. Roof terrace with bar was lovely....

"The rooms were spacious well positioned with balconies and lovely views. I had to ask for extra pillows and an iron which was fulfilled immediately.
The staff were brilliant, Elena the manager on Sunday, was around to listen to my issue and dealt with it promptly. The breakfast staff were welcoming and cheerful everyday, i found the hot breakfast was cold even when i was the first one in, i had to use the microwave to warm my eggs, beans, mushroom, eggs and hash brown. There was no vegetarian...
