"staff were very courteous and happy to help with any and all requests. The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities...

"Central location! Walkable to any tourist spots in Seville with loads of restaurants around! The whole interior of the building was amazing. Full of character! All the staff were very hospitable. Made our stay extra special. The breakfast at the rooftop during sunrise was a nice touch. Only thing I could think of for improvement was possibly the TV. Only spanish channels. Would be nice to upgrade to a smart TV especially when resting after a long day of exploring lovely Seville. Otherwise,...

"I love rooms, very clean and beautifully decorated.the hotel is very centric, 3 min from The Alcazar and in the beautiful Santa Cruz. The staff is also very kind and helpful although avoid taking recommendations from restaurants before checking menu and prices rather go around and see bars with people that are usually assigned of good food.enjoy Sevilla is beautiful!"
