"Hard to get to the property initially with random downtown street closures. Very limited parking in front of the hotel. (There's a valet area & maybe 2 or 3 paid parking spots.) Once there, everything was fine. Staff was very nice & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was lovely."

"The general manager needs to start paying attention to the condition of his rooms. It’s not cheap to stay and the location is perfect for a variety of venues. But unfortunately we’ve stayed there many times, and the rooms are getting pretty rundown. Management needs to step it up considerably."

"Checkin was quick, room was ready. Rooms are large and should be great for most stays. However, the room wasn’t really maintained well and definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently. There was a LOT of dust and dirt on the floor, the fume hood over the stove, the main hallway too. 2 TV’s in the room and neither worked. One came on, but the remote wouldn’t work. The other had a cable just hanging from it on the wall. I found the xfinity box it was supposed to connect to, connected it…that...

"We were in town for a concert. This is literally right next door to ppg paints. We arrived at 3:30 and I expected to not be able to check in until 4. The very friendly staff checked us in no problem. Room was clean, grabbed a bite to eat and a drink before the concert- it was good food. Really a good experience, would stay again"

"A nice area right next to the strip and the history museum. Seems to be a safer area than most. Staff was friendly. Pull out bed was super thin, but other than that, would recommend, especially for the location a little off the busy downtown and a few minutes walk to the strip that had several amenities….Starbucks, Shake Shake, Chipolte, etc."

"The staff at the front desk weren’t very personable. There was a water problem and updates were not given. Even though it was 4:00 they weren’t letting people into their rooms. When we were finally allowed into our rooms they didn’t add any additional front desk help. Just one person checking in a long line. We traveled with another couple and asked to be on the same floor. They did not honor this request. Daniel in the bar was very helpful with dining recommendations. The people working the...
