One of the best parts was all the staff including the adventure guides. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and hospitable. They made you feel like you belong there and were part of their family. "

"Die Loge ist wunderschön in Natur gelegen und hat sogar ein eigenes Wanderpfad. Da wir Mietwagen hatten, war für uns die Lage kein Problem. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer gemietet, alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, obwohl schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück wurde durch einheimischen Paar vorbereitet, super lecker und für fairen Preis. Das Personal auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen."

"An amazing experience! Abdiel, Rita, Ragner, and so many others took such good care of us. Such genuine people at a beautiful resort. Food was great! If you are up early enough you will see a wide variety of birds at breakfast. We even saw a few howler moneys in the evening! We did the ATM tour and appreciated the deep compassion and respect our guide (Ben) had for the history of the archaeological site. We'll be back!"

"This beautifully designed lodge, on 4000 acres, is a unique experience. 107 free range horses, parrots, monkeys add to the ambience. Large , comfortable a/c rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant ,and lovely pool, make for a memorable stay. Convenient to many sites. Owner’s wife is an excellent artist and has a gallery there. We loved it!"

"This place was amazing. The view of the wilderness was awesome. We stayed in the Firewatch villa and had a front row seat to various birds with a great view. We took a guided tour of the property and saw 4 waterfalls, a hawk and had a private lunch at the secret pool with another waterfall and hammock. The staff was amazing. "Excellent stay here. The seclusion in the forest is a major plus. Best mixed drinks I had during my whole stay in Belize, including on Ambergris Caye. Food was excellent and home cooked. When looking back on this trip, I'll remember our great time here. Was very relaxing and felt authentic. Pool was smaller but nice. Staff is small, and very courteous and attentive. "Joe & Miriam (sp?) were very friendly and engaging hosts. We went to the Caracol Mayan site and also did a boat/swimming/waterfall tour. Joe is very knowledgeable about Mayan ruins. "WE loved the quiet place!WE loved it also because it's not the Resort/Tourist area but the traditional area,a bit far from the city to enjoy a quiet place but close enough to go to the city center to eat and enjoy a drums concert!Nice Hosts who advised us a nice trip renting their little boat or renting kayak to go to the laguna which is very close.we loved also the Kismet Inn because of the host'paintings,chairs and hamacks to relax!Great to relax!
