Es un edificio de 3 plantas, no hay recepcion, la habitación es de los 80, y además sin mantener, no está limpia,la limpieza consiste en hacer las camas, la grifería del baño es muy antigua, para encontrar la temperatura del agua o te achicharras, o te hielas, un pomo del agua en la ducha suelto si lo tocas se cae, ojo duele mucho cuando te cae en el pie, el soporte de la ducha roto, no se aguanta bien, ojo duele mucho cuando te cae en la cabeza, la luz es una bombilla empotrada en el techo, hay dos lamparitas led en las mesitas, pero solo un enchufe, lo único destacable son las vistas al río Pigüeña, siempre que la habitación que te toque lo permita. Nadie te hace el checkin, es por teléfono, te dicen el numero y que las llaves están en la cerradura, el checkout igual, no ves a ninguna persona relacionada con el alojamiento, el desayuno es en el hotel Cela a 150 m. unos 3 minutos, nada de bufet como en las fotos, pides y si lo tienen bien sino otra cosa, de wifi gratis nada.

Para empezar, cuando llegamos para hacer el check in no había nadie, solo un número de teléfono al que llamar. Lo hicimos y no nos pidieron ninguna documentación ni nada. Las llaves estaban fuera de la puerta de la habitación, pudiendo entrar cualquier persona. El buffet libre que aparece no existe. El desayuno se sirve en un bar a unos pocos metros, pero no es buffet. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y el hotel otro tanto de lo mismo. Ni lo recomiendo ni volvería.

NO vuelvo, no recomiendo.

Comienzo por decir que muchas de las fotografías aquí publicadas no corresponden a este alojamiento. El dueño tiene 3 hoteles en el mismo pueblo y ha puesto fotografías del "Gran hotel Cela" en este que es "Calzada Romana". ACLARO: La Calzada romana no tiene recepción, no tiene nadie que cuide el hotel (solo va la persona del aseo una vez al día), no tiene bar ni nada. El desayuno NO es buffet y se sirve en un bar que queda abajo del hotel Cela, que no es del mismo dueño. El único número de contacto es el del móvil del dueño, que no siempre lo tiene encendido y contesta cuando quiere. En mi caso, no me contestó el día que tenía que hacer el check in y fue un desastre. Las llaves de las habitaciones están en un cajón de un mueble en la entrada, TODAS LAS LLAVES. Si sales y quieres que limpien tu habitación, dejas tus llaves en ese cajón, así de simple. La puerta del hotel esta abierta y cualquier persona puede entrar y abrir las habitaciones sin problema alguno porque no hay una mininma seguridad. Cuando llegué no sólo el dueño no me contestó por horas, si no que además, me dieron una habitación que no era lo que me correspondía, que tenía mal la griferìa del lavamanos y el WC. No tenía toallas, y era un desastre todo. La señora que hace la limpieza fue la que arregló todo y la que tuvo empatía con la situación y encontró una solución. Otro detalle, en ningún sitio está el papel que dice que hay que dejar las llaves para la limpieza o el WIFI ni nada. UN DESASTRE

Sensacional!!

Estábamos de ruta por Asturias y cerramos nuestro periplo en este pueblo. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Estuvimos dos noches, viajamos habitualmente y hacia mucho que no sentíamos esa cercanía. Era como estar en casa. Desayunamos, comimos y cenamos allí. La limpieza está presente en todos sitios. La amabilidad y cercanía de Roberto, es sensacional. Todo el personal a la misma altura, pero destaco a Jose especialmente. Nuestra hija Martina siempre agradecerá sus detalles y sobre todo esa sopa! Las zamburiñas son para llorar, calidad suprema. Relación calidad precio genial. Nuestra familia, necesitaba un lugar así por un grave problema personal que hemos sufrido. GRACIAS POR TODO. Prometemos volver. No cambiéis, sois una gran familia. Un fuerte abrazo desde Madrid, Martina, Mamen y Ángel.

Hotel muy agradable

El hotel, aunque es un poco antiguo, está muy bien. La habitación triple muy grande y cómoda. Roberto es muy amable y gestiona muy bien los 3 hoteles. Tuvo un gesto muy bonito con nosotros, invitándonos a cenar el primer día por un pequeño contratiempo que hubo con la habitación, y que al día siguiente se solucionó. Estancia perfecta para lo que buscábamos, un lugar para descansar y cada día hacer rutas.

Overall a good experience had a beautiful steak dinner in the restaurant we where travelling on a motorcycle owners let us park our bikes in his garage which was great would definitely recommend
