The towels were pretty rough, and the pillows were too soft for our liking—though I understand that can be personal preference. One thing that was frustrating was the extra taxes added at check-in, which we weren’t expecting. I also wish we had been given a map or a simple list of the bars and restaurants in the building when we arrived. We ended up only finding the taco place on our last day, even though we had walked past that area a few times. It would have been helpful to know what was available ahead of time. Nothing about the stay really stood out in a way that would bring me back, and next time I’m in Nashville, I would likely try a different hotel."
