"Die Wohnung ist toll und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu einer kleinen Straße, daher bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut (auch von den Fußgängern). Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das aber überhaupt kein Problem! Die Heizung funktioniert toll, Für den Sommer ist ein Stand-Klimagerät vorhanden. Es war wirklich alles perfekt, bis auf die etwas zu weiche und zerlegene Matratze im Schlafzimmer."

"The place was clearly not cleaned when we visited. There were big dust bunnies on the floor next to the bed, cobwebs and dead bugs in corners. The floor was dirty, not wiped and I don't know what else wasn't clean. The tea kettle had residue in it and there were spiders in the shower and other areas. The only reason this place isn't 1 star is because of the location and the views of lake Como."

"Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet."
