"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. "The room was excellent. Loved that every cabin had a little porch on the front on which the guests could relax. I came to the beach resort to finally have some days without hiking or exploring and it was perfect for getting away from the crowds that exist elsewhere in Costa Rica. It felt like the beach was private. There enough other guests there to keep any lonely vibes away but it was so peaceful. You can hear the constant sound of waves from the beachfront rooms and it's amazing. Very nice...

"Hotel nuevo; en muy buenas condiciones. El personal también nuevo y en proceso de capacitación y con oportunidad de mejora. El paisajismo del hotel en crecimiento, por lo que falta privacidad. En nuestro caso rentamos una suite frente Mar, pero detrás teníamos una habitación muy ruidosa y todo el ruido se escuchaba. "

"The property is within a 5 min walk of Manuel Antonio park gate as well as a long beach. Located a block off the main road, so a quiet location. Breakfast was fantastic - fresh fruit every day and made to order from a variety of menu items. Supper was excellent as well. Room was well equipped with fridge and coffee machine. "We stayed in room 206 on the lowest floor and had the best time! The breakfast in the morning was top notch! Coffee tasted great! The service at Shana was impeccable! We saw monkeys, iguanas, lizards, sloths, crabs, macaws, ant eater! We ventured off at night to the beach with headlamps and saw so many critters! We ate at EL ANGEL sodas (10 min drive from SHANA) AMAZING PRICE N FOOD"

"Hôtel neuf. Grands lits. Restaurant donc possibilité de manger sur place. Situé en bord de route. Petit déjeuner à la carte ( peu copieux). Parking de 3 places devant l’hôtel . Nous y sommes allés hors saison donc pas de difficultés pour se garer. À 30 min environ de Manue Antonio."
