"The staff was nice. The room was alright but they kept turning the water off at night and it wouldn’t be available until after 7am. The hotel is remote but if you have a car it’s accessible to a lot of attractions. "

"AC had trouble in one of the rooms. Asked for it to be fixed and 2 days later still nothing so asked again and they finally got it working. WiFi didn’t work in our room either but it would work if we walked out the front door…. Power went out when it rained several times but only stayed out momentarily. The grounds were nice and the staff friendly but we had trouble with our rooms AC and wifi so we were not too happy but maybe our experience was not typical. It seemed like it should have been...

"Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Direkt am Strand, 5 min zum Nationalpark. Das Personl war kompetent. Das WLAN war gut. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurant um die Ecke. Am Wochenende ist es aufgrund der Lage zum Strand lauter (Erwachsene am Strand bzw an der Bushaltestelle) nur Hotelzimmer mit Strandblick. "

A nuestra llegada, percibimos a la persona de recepción muy hostil, todos lo percibimos, incluso la persona que nos transportó al hotel e incluso en una segunda ocasión que tuvimos que acudir a él, volvió a mostrarse molesto. Las pocas personas con las que tuvimos trato fuera de la persona de recepción, fueron amables."

"We enjoyed this hotel very much. Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and upgraded washroom. It had the best water pressure in all of Costa Rica in our experience from similar hotels. The breakfast was pretty mediocre and the wifi was ok. The location to the beach and the park was fantastic - literally a 3 minute walk with no hills. Would definitely recommend!"

"AC was excellent. The included breakfast was fantastic. The view from my room was amazing, as were the sunsets viewed from the restaurant/bar area. The park setting is beautiful and is rich in wildlife. You are on a mountaintop, but they offer golf cart rides up and down so you can be picked up/dropped off by your shuttles at main reception at the bottom. I would stay here again, and I don’t think I would even look for another place. "

It was completely unacceptable to see that these areas appeared to be managed by essentially one person while more than 30 guests arrived for dinner service.
