The Parisian Hotel Lebanon
Staff was absolutely terrific, area was very walkable. I walked from the hotel to the corniche, downtown, Dawra. And you can take buses and cabs easily from there too.

They make you pay for cleaning and even towels and sheets while there’s no wash Machine or cleaning tools The cleaning rate is almost equal to a full night spend at the residence no sense
