If I had to be picky it would have been nice to have a shower curtain or screen over the bath as using the shower head I tended to flood the floor, but the water was lovely and hot. and I would return again."

"Asygarth Hotel is an amazing, the bar and amenties are furnished to a high standard. The rooms are clean and well designed. The staff, and there is plenty of them are all welcoming and amenable. We had an evening meal in Palmers restrurant and breakfast too and both were delicious... We really enjoyed our stay"

The property was spotless , lovely and warm , central to everything in Grassington and I would highly recommend and not hesitate to book again . A lovely welcome gift of wine , chocolate and crisps was much appreciated along with the tea , coffee and sugar . Fully deserved the 5 stars . Also no need to use your car , lovely local walks and a fantastic bus service ."

"If you would like to experience living in a 400 year old cottage, with many original features, surrounded by so much beauty and peacefulness, then this is the place for you! I cannot recommend it enough. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by hens and cats. We were then shown to our ‘living area’, bathroom and upstairs - a double bed and bunk beds. "Everything was perfect, from the friendly check in by Neil to our check out by a lovely lass whose name I have sadly forgotten The breakfast was superb. The room spacious and clean. We were in room 4 and the only downside, for me, having a sensitive sense of smell was being woken in the comfy bed by the strong smell of bleach, it was even worse in the breakfast area. It did not bother my husband at all. If I stayed again, I would ask for a room higher up, or further away from the bar area and...
