"Beautiful traditional French family home in stunning surroundings which we was delighted to stay at, on arrival the dog roxxy greeted us with a huge smile and we spent 10 minutes playing football with her, the owner Roch is a top man , very friendly and easy going. He made us a early breakfast as we had to be on the road early morning to catch our ferry , delicious tea , croissoint and homemade pear jam. "Overnight stop on way to ferry so room on second floor was fine and private off road parking appreciated. Usual amenities with good water pressure and plentiful hot water.
Dinner served in enclosed charming outdoor terrace area and beautifully cooked food although a plethora of bouche amusants offered in addition to three course menu which bordered on unnecessary. It seems that smoking on such a dining terrace is still normal in France as it is open to the air.
Breakfast was good for pastries...
