Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent. This is not just poor service—it’s a serious failure in basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I paid for a hotel stay, not to clean and maintain the room myself. I expect a partial refund for this unacceptable experience. I will also be escalating this complaint further if it is not addressed promptly. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel."
