"Lovely hotel in great location with nice restaurant and good breakfast options - recommend"

"The room was cosy and comfortable, and the made-to-order breakfast was excellent. There was also plenty of parking, which was very convenient. Our only suggestion for the owner would be to send the check-in information, including instructions for accessing the room, a day in advance via Expedia message or email. As international travellers, we had very limited mobile data signal when we arrived and had a little difficulty getting in touch with the owner for check-in. Once we were checked in,...

"Our experience at the Royal Guest House in Dingwall was disappointing. The rooms themselves were acceptable, but the overall organisation was poor. When we arrived, we were given keys to two rooms, only to discover that one of them had not been cleaned. We had to return to reception to get another room key, and unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room. "There was parking on site and a homemade breakfast. The owners were also flexible with our plans."

"A beautiful, perfectly kept getaway with the most stunning views! There was so much care put into every detail on this property! Highly recommend!"
