"The lobby staff is very friendly. I've been to hotels where they are rude and unhelpful. This is not the case. I had a 2 night stay and the room was immaculate and clean. No bugs and no odor. This place is a hidden gem if you book the newly renovated rooms."

"Jose at the Front Desk, was gracious and helpful on the phone, and in person (I had special needs, as a disabled guest). He was welcoming and eager. The young lady during my morning check-out was also gracious. The older gentleman at night wasn't too warm. The ladies hosting the buffet were awesome (warm, inviting, personable, outgoing, humble, attentive, efficient). My two partners and I really appreciated their personalities. We also appreciated that morning staff members arriving and starting their workday, greeted us. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfy beds, a handsome style, spacious bathroom, and clean. Unfortunately, the kitchen just next door is a bit noisy to deal with in the morning (not severe though). We believe that for the price we paid, the quality of the room, the decent quality of the food offered (better than others and reasonable), and excellent staff, a nice lobby, and in general... a comfy place to stay! We'd definitely return again! THANK YOU, GUYS!!!"

"I had a beautiful room with a balcony view of the ocean. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern."

"We had a feeling something wasn’t right from the moment we checked in. The front desk employee quietly mumbled “ocean view” and seemed noticeably nervous while giving us directions to our room. Once we got there, it became clear why, our so-called ocean view was extremely limited and mostly overlooked a park. We returned to the front desk to address the issue, expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, we were told that we "did" have an ocean view, despite the obvious discrepancy. We requested either a room change or a partial discount, but neither was offered. There was also no effort to provide any future accommodation or goodwill gesture. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly due to how the situation was handled."

"Gorgeous property! Exceptional staff throughout! Views were amazing! Quick walk to beach down the steps. Great pool area with hot tub , sauna and ice plunge as well! All overlooking the ocean! Beautiful rooms, decor and amazing large balconies with fire pit, couch and more fab views! 5 star resort in all ways possible !"

"I am very disappointed with this facility. There were several things that I have listed to better improve this facility. 1.) The furniture was not presentable. The night table was damaged and covered with a clock. The dresser was also damaged. The curtain had a hole and tear in it, which was very visible. 2.) I requested to change rooms due to a certain smell. The second room was better. 3.) Water pressure for the shower was very weak. The toilet seat was also not properly placed. The seat kept moving. 4.) Door key card malfunctioned twice where we had to go to the front desk twice to have them reprogram the keys. 5.) It said there was Netflix on the remote but there was none according to the television. 6.) 11:00 am was the check out and housekeeping knocked at around 9:00-9:30 am and we did have the do not disturb tag on our door. As far as cleanliness it was fine. I normally don't write reviews but this is the first time. I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels but nothing compared them to this location."

"Beatiful resort, parking fee is $45 for self parking. We rented suite, great size and view but would have been nice to have a mini fridge in luving room area. Great staycation. "

"Checking in was not so easy as I did not know the office closed at 5:00. Otherwise everything was fine."
