"Two basic single rooms, small en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and views of a wall/garden. Stayed in October and the heating came on automatically so rooms were warm and cosy. Very quiet overnight though we were at the back of the hotel. The shared terrace at the front had beautiful views over the lake and plenty of tables and chairs. "Unprofessional staff, misleading information (hidden fees) unpleasant experience. The front desk charge extra price for dinner. A/C was turned off by the management at night time.Feeling unwell like a poor quality hotel."

"Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent and good value. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We will be visiting again. "

"Extremely nice staff with a very nice big spacious clean room. The view from the terrace is lovely while you enjoy your breakfast. Lot of options to choose from in the breakfast buffet. They have a parking space for you as well, so nothing to worry about. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying at this place. "

"We had a great time at Villa Isabella. From start to finish, it was magical and fantastic. The staff were very helpful, attentive and kind, while the room and breakfast were fabulous. The parking was a real bonus as well. After we checked out and were on our way to Val Gardena, my wife realised that she had left her medication in the fridge in our room. We called the hotel and they arranged for the medication to be delivered to us within 24 hours. Outstanding service and genuine kindness."
