"Got there and the rooms stunk to high heavens . Looks like the sheets and blankets were reused and never washed . They switched our rooms was a tiny bit better . The washer and dryer did not work so I couldn’t wash our clothes . When go to leave at 5 am and they were trying to tell me I owed $108 more dollars even though I paid everything in full . Never stayed an extra night or anything . So we couldn’t leave till 7 . The front desk guy refused to call his manager my kids were up and ready to...

"It was water spilling on the charger wall by the lamp and damaged my charger, looks like water was spilling from the ceiling , they put the coffee maker in the bathroom…. That’s it All I have to say."

"Police came to the parking lot and arrested a young girl don’t know why. People sit outside their room with loud music and smoking. Honestly not a place to bring your family for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting this. Also not continental breakfast. They have some coffee and a toaster some bread and juice in the small reception area."

"Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location."

"Very nice and clean rooms. Great communication. Very friendly staff. Anytime I called and needed assistance, it was immediately taken care of. A+++ rating property. Only problem I had was it was too far out from restaurants and stores. We had to drive 12-15 miles to get to a restaurant or shopping store and attractions."

"The room was mediocre, bathroom was not clean. The smell coming from the AC unit was moldy. The snell in the room was horrible. Towels were clean but stained and ripped. I will not be renting a room form this hotel chain nor will be recommending it to anyone."

"Older motel in need of updates but it doesn't stop you from being safe and having a bed/bathroom. It is on a good street location for stores and some putt putt next door."

"Both our bed had dirty sheets. The hotel was run down and not country inn and suites quality. My daughter doesn’t eat pork and they refused to provide chicken or Turkey meat option even though a sign was posted. Not a good stay"
