"The lobby was beautiful but room little dirty bug bathroom floor dirt on side to bathroom vanity stains on rug . We arrived late gentleman was ok but felt like we had unconvinced him that late . I don’t think I’d stay here again"

"The staff was friendly the hotel was predominately clean. The room was spacious and clean and the location of the hotel is good as well."

"Was good value overall - hot breakfast was decent, fitness room was unavailable due to maintenance and the pool looked pretty small but it was clean and the price was reasonable compared to others in the area. It was conveniently located."

"When I arrived the elevator wasn’t working and the front seat was in the middle of an issue with a customer about rooms they promised and didn’t have. The staff said they were not able to do anything for the inconvenience of the elevator. The pool was not amazing. It was warm like a bath, with old, scratchy, tiny towels to use afterward. The door for the bathroom not only got stuck on the floor when you tried to close it but the frame has shifted so it doesn’t close properly without quite a bit...

"I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but there was one that was functioning on the first floor. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. Great...

"Every thing is good"

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "

"I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....
