"We were given an exceptional warm reception and introduction to the hotel, immediately being made to feel welcomed. Hotel is a lovely renovated old building, conveniently situated a short walk from Pont du Gard. Room was small but adequate, clean and well equipped. Staff at reception and when dining were the most friendly and attentive we met during our tour of the region. Would have no hesitation if recommending this hotel."

"This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... "The hotel is charming and well furnished. It is in the middle of the beautiful town of Uzès so expect street noises especially if you have the window open. We were disturbed by a mosquito in the night but that’s not the fault of the hotel. There is no parking space, the car must be left in a public carpark."

"Very rundown property. Gates were always closed. One had to get out of the car to open the gate. No place to park the car while opening the door. You would be standing on bike path while waiting for the door to open. Door opens very slowly."
