"We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. "The place was absolutely charming, it is off grid but you wouldn’t really know. It’s got great beach access and loads of great food options around. Secret beach is just down the path and it is the best beach in the island. Jaime is the chef on the property and his food is to die for! Kayla is also very attentive and they both made our stay comfortable. It’s a very boutique hotel experience, not many rooms on the property so you feel like it’s a very personalized experience."

"Caye Casa was beyond our expectations! We were immediately greeted with friendly and informative staff, the rooms were clean and very up to date. The pool was so nice to have for our two kids when we had a little down time. I drank coconut water *out of a coconut*, in a hammock on the porch looking at the ocean view. It was a dream! I highly recommend Caye Casa for your San Pedro travels."

"We stayed in a studio room and were impressed with its size, decor, and cleanliness. Although we did not have the view of the pools and ocean, we had a view of the bay. We hosted a 60th birthday celebration and the staff was able to bring our idea to fruition. Thanks Melissa and Christie. This was my second time staying here and I would stay there again. Food at Rain Restaurant was very good."

"Our overall stay was great ! My only complaint was the smoke detector in the room woke us ip at 4 am and there was no fire the battery was dead the next night the room next to us alarm went off for hours before they came to stop only after I called. The staff was wonderful and friendly about taking care of the concerns. Yes I would recommend the resort just have them check your smoke detector lol"
