"An excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was also excellent. There was entertainment in the bar every evening. My room was very good with a nice, comfortable bed."
"The Royal is a great hotel situated in the quaint village of Heysham.
We loved our stay. Lots of nice walks and history. The hotel has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere.
The food is excellent and all staff are friendly and display excellent communication and customer service skills.
Everwhere is spotlessly clean. Free parking is an added bonus.
We will be returning soon and I will recommend the Royal to my friends and family."
"Hotel, even without breakfast service, is lovely. Kitchen available to use. While walking I explored slightly further afield and discovered a little cafe on the beach and the stunning old Heysham Village. I heartily recommend staying at this hotel. Owner very helpful. "

"My sister and I spent just a couple of nights here and truly fell in love with the house and staff. Every interaction was easy and kind, the house was incredibly well kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. It's located a bit out of the way which is perfect for minimizing crowds and noise! Our room was perfectly sized and the bed/bedding comfortable. All in all, a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone in any stage of life."
"Well looked after central. Gave very good information on parking, breakfast exceptional. Friendly host. Would recommend highly if you need accommodation in the area. The farmers pub on the corner 20 yds away. Food. Very good , again recommend. Even though busy and you need to book, bank holiday weekend. Very busy , but not noisy. Or a problem , being so close. "
