"Front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and provided great suggestions for food and points of interest in the area. Parking was ample, no issues. Location of hotel was very good, close to everything."

"The usual Fairfield quality for a mid range hotel, it did not disappoint. Did not require credit card charge for "exspenses". Breakfast buffet was somewhat better than most hotels of similar type. Coffee bar is available 24/7. Clean, open air lounge and eating area. I will go back. This hotel has discontinued daily room servicing, as have many chains. Not a big problem, but the daily charge remains the same."

"Kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was we checked out a day early and was not able to be refunded or get a credit as we transferred to another facility ."

"Very small room but nice especially the jacuzzi tub. Indoor outdoor spa pool was more of a spa than a pool 95 degree water was relaxing"

We were not comfortable with our safety in that room, so I asked to be switched to another one. The person at the desk seemed upset with my request and I worried they might be vindictive. Well, the room we were put in was on the floor that was dog friendly (allergy issues), and the door could not fully open due to warping of the...

"The one positive Takeaway was that the room was large. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The dumb waiter broke so that could not be used. It is troublesome to try to get your luggage up two or three flights of stairs with no assistance. When I checked out today, the lady at the front desk asked how my stay was and I told her that in my opinion people that have children should really be on the first floor because you can hear everything through the ceiling. This is where she advised...
